The page manager is the engine room of the content management system.  Within the page manager web pages can be added, deleted, or modified . Content, pictures, images and hyperlinks and many other details can be added, deleted or changed.  

Files and Documents Manager

Much like a desktop computer environment, you can create folders to organize your files, photos, and graphics using the file manager. Your documents will be highly accessible since they will be saved within the CMS, thereby allowing information, photos, and graphics to be changed quickly and easily.

Custom Menu

A menu style will be chosen based on the layout of your website. A menu can include dropdown elements, subpages, or a custom style. The menu system starts with your website's design and is updated by the CMS as pages are added or removed.

Contact Form

Customers can easily reach you with a flexible contact form. The contact form fields can be changed to meet your communication needs and automatically protect against spam.

Flash Photo Gallery

The photo tools within SiteGen allow you to take photos from a digital camera and display them in one of our sleek online photo gallery styles. No need to resize -- just upload the photo and SiteGen will resize and optimize the photo for you.

SiteGen lets users quickly add events to a calendar that can can be used to communicate with customers or employees in a company. The calendar has three different views in which to see events -- daily, weekly, and monthly.

The inline editing feature allows a SiteGen user to browse normally through their website and make quickly make changes. Once logged into the administrator, right-clicking gives you the option to edit, add, or delete a page. Once changes are saved you can see the updated version of the website immediately.

Member Database  

The member database can store information about people groups within a company, such as employees or current clients.  The database allows a company to decide what kind of access each people group has to the website.  Pages can be set to "Member Only" so that a member has to log in to view specific content.

Newsletter Subsribe

People who view your website can enter their e-mail address to receive a newsletter from your company. The user's information is automatically saved and can be viewed, edited, and exported to Excel.

News and Press Releases

SiteGen allows you to post a press release or news item right to your website. News stories and press releases are easily created using simple forms within Sitegen. You can chose to immediately post your item or set a specified date for it to post. 

Password Protected Pages 

Pages within a website can be password protected. People with a valid username and password will to be able to access any restricted areas of the website.

User Permissions

Users can be assigned varying levels of access to make changes to a website. For example, a user can be allowed to add or edit a page, but not be allowed to delete pages.
